will also se the oldest and most elegant part of Madrid is called “Madrid de los Austrias”, the majestic
Royal Theatre and the emblematic Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, which are the hubs of the city.
You will have free time to shop at Madrid’s Golden Mile, Serrano and Juan Bravo’s Streets, but can also
wander through the Retiro Park, the green lung of Madrid. Art lovers have a date at the Prado Museum, at
6 pm when entrance is free. In any case, whatever your choice is, you will have included the transfer from
the restaurant to the location of your choice.
In Madrid, Spanish Cuisine must be highlighted. You will have a delightful menu awaiting you at Santiago
Bernabeu’s Stadium Restaurant, and much more typical restaurants and grills that our consultant will
recommend you when you visit Madrid, strolling around Madrid’s Markets San Miguel and San Antón, two
places where you have the chance to experiment typical Spanish meals, the daily life of the locals, their
customs and routines, while enjoying the best Spanish wines as Somontano, Rioja and Ribera del Duero.
Madrid’s nightlife is priceless, it is recommended not to leave this city without visiting some of the theaters of Gran Vía, night live, music events or musicals.
Seville
The Royal Alcazar
of Seville, a trip to
another era
The Royal Alcazar is a faithful
witness of Seville’s history,
marked by cultural diversity
and legacies of different civilizations that have inhabited in
Andalusia.
S
ites such as “Plaza Nueva”, “Sierpes Street” and “the Avenue of the Constitution” are at the heart
of Seville, where you will encounter the wonder full Cathedral and its Giralda, which together with
the Alcázar and the “Archivo de Indias” make up the “triad” of Seville, declared a World Heritage Site by
UNESCO.
Our Premium visit today will be at the Alcazar, a true jewel of Seville’s Heritage with the entrance fee
included. Once finished this visit you can get a little closer to modernism visiting the “Plaza de la Encarnación” and the most amazing construction, Metropol Parasol building, known as “the mushrooms” for its
characteristic shape.
It’s highly recommended to visit the Riverside of the Guadalquivir where you can also find many places
to get lost in, such as the “Torre del Oro” and “Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza”, with its Bullfighting Museum. However, a boat ride on the river Guadalquivir, a unique experience, will be included in the trip.
It wouldn’t be a real andalusian evening without a Flamenco Show, so we have organized and included
one of the best flamenco Shows available in Seville, a combination of art and Spanish passion, under the
direction of dancer Cristina Hoyos that will make your senses embark on a journey through flamenco,
music and dance.
Valencia
Valencia: Rice,
science and beauty.
The land of rice and paellas,
home of pyrotechnic Shows
and its festival of the “Las
Fallas”, Valencia is also
the cradle of the science
and art as it is evidenced
by the emblematic “Park of
Arts and Sciences” and the
many museums that this city
treasures.
A
s in every city, you will recieve the advice of our guide for 4 hours, so that you do not miss anything
in this city. On this day we offer an easy tour of the historic centre of the city of Valencia, passing
through the Central Market, and ending our tour with a visit to “el Mercado de la Seda” (the antique market of silk), which has been declared a World Heritage Site for its Gothic style and the richness it brings
to one of the great trading cities of the Mediterranean.
We will be ending our panoramic tour with some free time to walk around and see the area of the Gothic
Cathedral of Valencia. Just nearby to it, we can see the Basilica “Virgen de los Desamparados”, patroness
of the city. In this same Square or Plaza called “de Manises” is the Palace of “the Generalitat Valenciana”, where the government of the region is located. It is a late Gothic building with interventions of
Renaissance of the fifteenth century and throughout its history, it has hosted numerous public events.
Located at this same site we can also admire the “Fuentehermosa Palace”, headquarter of the Presidency
of the General Goverment of Valencia.
There is no better way to experience this amazing city than visiting the Park of Arts and Sciences (entrance fee included). Science, nature and art come together in one of the largest complexes of science and
culture in Europe.
It is a unique complex of architecture, devoted to science and culture disclosure; The six buildings of the
complex are all gems of architectural heritage, not only in Valencia but in all of Spain, as it was designed by internationally renowned architect Santiago Calatrava.
Heading to a district of the city known as “the Palmar Area” which lies on the shores of a lagoon. Get
ready to take a boat trip to admire the beauty of the natural area of the Valencian lagoon, an exceptional place, highlighting the immense rice fields that involve the main agricultural activity. These crops are
beautiful and have become one of the most photographed in the Valencia province.
At lunchtime, enjoy the best of Valencian Paella. Highly professional staff will make you feel at home,
while you delight yourself with the jewel of Spanish cuisine.
Barcelona
Barcelona and the
great genius, Antoni
Gaudí.
Barcelona is full of monuments, works and designs of
the great genius Antoni Gaudí,
and OFFITRAVEL’S aim is not
letting you miss a single detail
of this magnificent city
S
tart the day aboard our transport service to the mythical Güell Park, a public park with beautiful gardens and unique architectural elements, located on top of the city of Barcelona, on the side facing the
sea, above Mount Carmel. It is a clear reflection of the artistic personality of Gaudí and belongs to the
first decade of the twentieth century, in which the artist lived his naturalistic stage. In this period the
architect perfected his personal style, through inspiration in the organic style, culminating in the Sagrada
Familia.
The construction of this temple began in 1882 and today it is still unfinished, but it is expected to be
completed in 2026. The Sagrada Família is Gaudí’s masterpiece and the best example of Catalan modernist architecture. Located in the center of Barcelona and over the years has become one of the most
universal signs of identity of the city and the country. The facade, the crypt and the apse are World
Heritage.
Before the visit ends we will head to Barcelona’s historic centre, a perfect place to stroll and have a
drink. Walk through such famous places as the Paseo de Gracia, one of the most important streets not
only in Barcelona but also in Spain; The best commercial and cultural area surrounded by the most
famous modernistic buildings as La Casa Mila (or “La Pedrera” Gaudi), Casa Batlló, Casa Amatller, Casa
Lleó Morera and Casa Fuster.
We recommend that you use the afternoon to explore the old town, especially the Gothic Quarter, a
landmark that acts as a starting point towards the spectacular medieval atmosphere that prevails in its
streets and squares and in which is the Cathedral of Santa Cruz y Santa Eulalia, both gothic cathedrals of
Barcelona.
Walk across the popularly known as “Las Ramblas”, one of the most important avenues in the world. The
walk is crowded during the day and late into the night. It is full of typical press shops, flowers and birds,
street performers, cafes, restaurants and shops. Close to the harbour there are occasional markets,
as well as painters and artists. Walking along La Rambla you can observe interesting buildings, like the
Palace of the Viceroy, La Boqueria market and the famous Liceo Theater. This important avenue links the
“Ensanche” (modern Barcelona) to the Old Town, from Plaça Catalunya, considered the nerve centre of
the city, to the Statue of Columbus.
