2015 US Open Local Qualifier – Eugene Country Club
Thank you all in advance for volunteering for the 2015 US Open Local Qualifier, Eugene Country Club, Eugene, OR
on Monday May 18.
Starting times begin at 7:15 AM off of split tees. There are 155 players competing for 9 spots. We will be ordering
sandwiches from Jimmy John’s for Monday. You will have a choice between Ham, Roast Beef, Turkey and
Vegetarian. Please let me know which sandwich you would like by Friday May 15th so we can place the order. We
will also include chips and a drink. Carts will be very limited so if you are scheduled as a forecaddie you will want
to bring a chair because you will be shuttled out to your hole. Carts will be utilized by Rules Officials and Lead
Checkpoints only.
Please wear your appropriate uniforms for this event (rules officials please wear blue or white rules shirt and
starters wear a white dress shirt and navy blazer), as well as your OGA lanyard. If you have not received your
apparel this year, let me know and I will have it available for you when you check-in. Also, if you do not have a
lanyard or have lost your lanyard, please let me so I can make you a replacement. Again, thank you all for your
time in volunteering for this event and we will see you all at Eugene Country Club!
