Logo sizes will be scaled to reflect the
sponsor tier (ie: Diamond sponsors will have
the largest logos displayed).

SPONSORSHIP RULES & GUIDELINES

All sponsorships are non-refundable once final registration is complete and payments have been made. Sponsor
Company will become a 2010 Partner and Supporter of the Ohio Game Developer Expo and Sponsor Company logos
and trademarks will be included on the Ohio Game Developer Expo marketing materials as deemed appropriate by
the Ohio Game Developer Expo council within respects of any Sponsor Company identity guidelines.
Sponsorship opportunities are subject to change until the sponsorship application is approved and full payment is
received.
Sponsorships are listed on the event website by sponsor level and otherwise ordered by the discretion of the
webmasters.
Sponsor Company’s employees and officers may not mention or execute on market initiatives while speaking on
conference sessions.
Sponsor Company will contain all marketing materials, property and marketing staff inside designated expo space.
Sponsor Company may not distribute, market, or create any type of Sponsor Company presence which interferes
with other designated floor space or market presence of any other participating entity or sponsor of the Ohio Game
Developer Expo. Sponsor Company may not infringe on other sponsor’s approved marketing initiatives but not
limited to sweepstakes, social parties and networking socials.
Sponsor Company is responsible for obtaining approval from the Ohio Game Developer Expo council prior to the Ohio
Game Developer Expo for all planned marketing initiatives to ensure no infringement occurs with other planned
events.
Sponsor Company shall maintaining good taste during all events. Respectable clothing is required at all times.
The Ohio Game Developer Expo council reserves the right to not accept an application and may at any time at the
Ohio Game Developer Expo council’s discretion, return the sponsorship fee received from Sponsor Company to the
Sponsor Company and cancel all sponsorship rights.
The Ohio Game Developer Expo, hosting organizations and their council, officers and volunteers are not liable for any
damages or losses sustained by Sponsor Company or any attendee while participating in the Ohio Game Developer
Expo including but not limited to intellectual property, trade secrets, personal damage, loss of Sponsor Company
property or loss of personal property.
Sponsor Company is liable for all damages caused by Sponsor Company’s employees, officers and guests. The Ohio
Game Developer Expo council and affiliated hosts requests Sponsor Company have general liability policies in place
for the duration of the Ohio Game Developer Expo.
We appreciate your understanding of the importance of maintaining compliance with all Sponsorship Rules and
Guidelines. The Ohio Game Developer Expo and its council is dedicated to ensuring all of the Ohio Game Developer
Expo and hosting entities’ policies and procedures are in place to benefit the industry and aid the safety and wellbeing of affiliates and guests.
Sponsor Company agrees to follow all Ohio Game Developer Expo Sponsorship Rules and Guidelines, and all related
policies set forth by hosting and presenting affiliates including the event venue, entities of the event venue.
