Cancellation Policy: Registrations cancelled up to THE FRIDAY PRIOR TO EACH SESSION will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received after the deadline will not be eligible to receive a refund—substitute attendees may be eligible but must be
approved in advance by PLSO and must have the same membership status as a cancelled registrant.
