All pictures must be submitted on CD, jpg format, or electronically emailed as a jpeg
attachment to [email protected] Please type your copy (what you want the ad to say) in a
WORD document. Do NOT send pictures in WORD document, or PowerPoint. You can drop off
your information at the front office or e-mail it to Ms. Nixon. If you choose to custom design
your student’s ad, it must be created on with a high resolution. CAUTION, what you create is
what you get. Please contact Ms. Nixon for any additional questions or information. You must
submit your pictures and copy by December 17, 2015. If your student withdraws from school,
once your page is in production, there are no refunds. Once pages have been submitted to the
plant they are unable to be pulled from production without extra charges.
