Event Greeters. Greet players and guests as they arrive in the morning. Answer questions, give directions and offer Optimism. Request and acquire Welcome Packets from Rolla Chamber of Commerce.
Distribute Welcome packets to out of town guests. (POC: Carolyn Peplow, [email protected], Membership Director, Rolla Chamber of Commerce).

Drinks. Pick-up 10 cases of 24 bottles each (water, Powerade, soda) from PepsiCo in the Industrial
Park (POC: [email protected], 4017 Hy Point North, Rolla, MO 65401). Ice chest and ice
chest is available at Oak Meadow CC kitchen. Distribute drinks at golf tournament. Return clean ice
chests.

Registration Table. Review registrations during morning of tournament. Arrive no later than 7:00
a.m. Accept lunch orders. Identify unaccompanied minors. Distribute T-Shirts. Registrations accepted inside clubhouse.

Lunch. Consolidate lunch orders. Pick-up and distribute lunch orders as needed. Clean-up after
lunch.

Hole Sponsorship Signage. Create and print sponsor identification removable overlay on hole sponsorship signs. Attach overlays to signs. Place signage at each hole. After event, return hole sponsorship signage and “H” brackets to Rob Barth.

Media Team. Collects video and photos of event with or without a drone. Follows FAA policy.
