Wanted: Recruitment Manager “We see todays and tomorrow’s leaders… …integrating sustainability principles… …into their decision-making and actions” oikos Copenhagen is the local Danish chapter of an international non-profit student-driven organization on sustainable economics and management. oikos Copenhagen offers a platform for learning, networking and hands-on projects related to sustainability. The Recruitment Manager plans and executes the tasks of the HR Department in oikos Copenhagen, primarily linked to recruiting and attracting new members. The Recruitment Manager works closely with the different departments in oikos Copenhagen and functions as a member of oikos Copenhagen’s Secretariat, which devises and ensures the strategic development of the organization. We are looking for a new dedicated member to take over the current HR Manager position starting in Fall 2015. You will work with the current HR Manager on the handover process this semester to secure a pleasant start as the Recruitment Manager in fall 2015.
