Wanted: Recruitment Manager

oikos Copenhagen is the local Danish chapter of an international non-profit student-driven
organization on sustainable economics and management. oikos Copenhagen offers a platform for
learning, networking and hands-on projects related to sustainability.
The Recruitment Manager plans and executes the tasks of the HR Department in oikos Copenhagen,
primarily linked to recruiting and attracting new members. The Recruitment Manager works closely
with the different departments in oikos Copenhagen and functions as a member of oikos
Copenhagen’s Secretariat, which devises and ensures the strategic development of the organization.
We are looking for a new dedicated member to take over the current HR Manager position starting
in Fall 2015. You will work with the current HR Manager on the handover process this semester to
secure a pleasant start as the Recruitment Manager in fall 2015.
Responsibilities


Recruit members to oikos Copenhagen - including employer branding, interviews and
selection
Develop and maintain internal job descriptions, letter of references and other internal
organizational material in oikos Copenhagen

oikos HR is responsible for developing and ensuring the progress of various HR processes, to ensure
organizational growth in oikos Copenhagen. Tasks include attracting and recruiting members to the
organization, and ensuring that the different departments have a satisfying number of members at
all time. Furthermore, oikos HR is responsible for arranging, maintaining organizational databases
and developing internal surveys to ensure an efficient organizational culture.
