Please refer to the 2014 – 2015 GO Rules and Regulations
AWARDS
Event and All Around Medals and Ribbons will be presented in each level and
category from 1st to 8th place. Note: In the event of 3 athletes or less only ribbons
and All Around medals will be presented.
REGISTRATION FEE
Individual $40.00 per routine
Group RG $40.00 per group member
Group AGG $40.00 per group member per routine
Script Fee $5.00 per gymnast / $5 per group
Cheques are payable to: Olympium Rhythmic Gymnastics Club

JUDGES
Each Club should send at least one qualified judge. Please indicate the name(s)
of your judge(s) on the registration form.
COACH
EGLIBILITY
All coaches must be GO members with up-to-date NCCP Certification. All coaches
must be listed on the attached registration form and be prepared to show proof of
GO membership and NCCP certification on-site at the competition to gain floor
access. Please indicate the name(s) of your coach(s) on the registration form.

The Etobicoke Olympium and Olympium RGC will not be responsible for the theft
or loss of any valuables belonged to all meet participants during the competition.
The Etobicoke Olympium and Olympium RGC will NOT guaranteed to be
Peanut/Tree Free event. Attendees are asked to refrain from
bringing/serving/selling items with peanuts, products containing traces of peanuts
or tree nuts at this event. Olympium RGC asks for your assistance in supporting an
inclusive environment for all participants.

40 rooms based on single or quadruple occupancy $109.00 plus tax,.
10 One Bedroom or Studio Suite with 1 King bed and pull out Sofa for $139 plus
tax and One Bedroom or Studio Suite with 2 Queen beds and pull out Sofa for
$159.00 plus tax.
The above rate includes hot buffet breakfast, local calls, high speed internet,
parking, airport shuttles.
Additional shuttle service from the hotels to Etobicoke Olympium
will be provided at specified times of a day over the course
of the event
