Neil Miller - Farewell Big Hops, Hello Session IPAs - what's next for NZ Brewing
Neil Miller is the current Brewer’s Guild of New Zealand Beer Writer of the Year 2014. He
has long been one of New Zealand’s leading beer commentators through a combination of
strong beer knowledge, research, interviews skills, a passable palate, pop culture references
and a dry wit.
He currently writes for The Shout magazine, Cuisine magazine, New Zealand Liquor News
magazine and is a weekly blogger on the Malthouse website. His writings on beer, politics,
travel, food and books have appeared in the Beer and Brewer, Sunday Star Times, The
Dominion Post and The Listener, and he is a regular on Radio New Zealand’s The Panel show.
