GENERAL INFORMATION
SERVICE WARE
Meals are served with china and glassware unless otherwise requested. Receptions that do not accompany dinner, continental
breakfast, coffee service and exhibitor catering are routinely accompanied by disposable eco-friendly service ware. China is
available upon request.
GUARANTEES
•Attendance up to 500 guests –(3) three business days prior to date of service
•Attendance between 500-1,500 guests –(5) five business days prior to date of service
Once the final guarantee is submitted the count may not be decreased. We will make every attempt to accommodate
increases in your count after the guarantee is submitted. Your invoice will be the greater amount of either amount served or
final guarantee.
ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE AND TAXES
All catered events are subject to a 21% Management Charge. This Management Charge is the sole property of the
food/beverage service company or the venue owner, as applicable, is used to cover such party’s costs and expenses in
connection with the catered event (other than employee tips, gratuities, and wages), and is not charged in lieu of a tip. The
Management Charge is not a tip, gratuity, or service charge, nor is it purported to be a tip, gratuity, or service charge, for any
wait staff employee, service employee, service bartender, or other employee, and no part of the Management Charge will be
distributed (as a tip, gratuity, or otherwise) to any employee who provides service to guests. The Management Charge is also
assessed on audiovisual services.
Kansas carries a 10% liquor tax and a sales tax of 8.5% on non liquor items.
Even foods commonly prepared without gluten containing ingredients may not be ‘gluten-free’. Our recipes are prepared in
open kitchens where cross-contact is possible and where ingredient substitutions are sometimes made. If you have celiac
disease or a gluten sensitivity please notify your on-site manager to request an individually prepared ‘gluten-free’ selection.”)
