Dear Prospective Horse Show Sponsor:
The Oregon Horse Association (OHA) will hold its 39th horse show in Oregon, WI on Memorial Day,
May 25, 2015. We are a non-profit organization that has been providing horsemanship, leadership, programs
& clinics to promote good sportsmanship, safety and wholesome fun with horses.
Please help us continue to help us by sponsoring a class at our 38th Annual Memorial Day Open Horse Show.
Our organization devotes much of its funds to youth, education and community projects. Your sponsorship
will help us fulfill our mission to provide quality programs, & support to 4H groups, horse & non-horse
owning individuals & those in need. Proceeds from our horse show go toward programs that we donate to
such as 4-H groups, Madison Mounted Police fund, Three Gaits Therapeutic Riding Center, and various horse
rescues. Be sure to look for OHA at community parades this summer, check out our horse only Holiday
parade that is held in Oregon in November. Check our website for upcoming events, news & valuable
networking with other horse owners & non-owners for information & knowledge.
Our horse show, to be held on Monday, May 25, 2015 is our main fund raising event, that helps fund our
donations & programs. A sponsorship of $30 will help defray the cost of one class that includes a 1st place
award, six ribbons & advertising costs. If $30 is more than you are able to contribute, please consider a cosponsorship or a donation of in-kind service.
We offer the following sponsor benefits:
 An announcement given at the show describing your business or service and
acknowledging your class sponsorship.
 Please include a business card to help us promote your business.
 A representative from your organization is encouraged to attend the event and personally
hand out the awards for the class you sponsor on the day of the show.
 Your name will be placed in the sponsor listing on our website:
www.oregonhorseassociation.org with a link to your business, if desired.
 A photo of the class winner will be sent to you with our thanks. The photo can be displayed,
for example, in your place of business to show your support for the Oregon Horse Association.
