The primary objective is to provide performance opportunities to Oregon residents and helps develop and
showcase their talent. We strive to provide both a positive environment and an opportunity for exposure to
industry professionals and the public at large.
The Oregon Fairs Talent Search Finals are scheduled for Sunday, August 30, 2015 on Center Stage at the
Oregon State Fairgrounds. Children’s Division (ages 5 -9) at 10 a.m., Youth Division (ages 10 – 17) at 1 p.m.
and Adult Division (18+) at 4 p.m.
Oregon State Fair to provide Talent Search Top Three Finalists
 Host finals at the Oregon State Fair on Sunday, August 30, 2015
 Provide fair admission to Oregon State Fair on Sunday, August 30, 2015
 Provide grand prizes for winners

Oregon State Fair to Assist County Fairs
 Provide consultation support on logistics, production, and marketing
 Assist County Fairs with marketing and promoting the talent competition on the official OSF
Website, newsletters, press releases and OSF marketing materials relating to the Statewide Talent
Search
 Provide registration forms for contestants
 Provide Standardizing Judging guidelines, forms, and instructions for the counties to utilize
(optional)
 Provide winners with registration/entry forms, instructions, directions and credentials
County Fair to provide
 County Fairs to provide appropriate talent search information to Oregon State Fair to use for
promotion of competitions
 Provide registration forms and instructions to contestants
 Host County Fair Talent Search providing stage, sound system, and objective Judging
 Post banner/signage for talent competition
 Award recognition (certificate of achievement, ribbons, trophy, etc.) for winners no other prizing
necessary
 Provide OSF with 1st and 2nd place winner’s contact information within 24 hours from time of
competition
