Ordering: Orders must be in case quantities. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to ship date.
Orders cancelled after shipment will be charged return freight and 50% restocking charge.
Minimum order is $180.00 , orders for less will incur a $10.00 under minimum charge.
Orders for live goods that are received by Tuesday will normally be shipped to arrive by Friday.
Backorders: Backorders will be released when product is available for shipping.
Terms: Net 30 days on approved credit, credit cards accepted.
Shipping: FOB destination unless otherwise specified
Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice
Credit: Regular terms are net 30 days. A service charge of 1 1/2 % per month will be added to accounts unpaid
for over 30 days. Shipments will be held when balances are 45 days past due. All orders are subject to
credit approval.
Claims: Claims for damaged, mis-shipped, or omitted merchandise must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
Claims for defective or spoiled merchandise must be called into the office and we will issue a Returned Goods
Authorization number. This number must appear on all returns or they will be refused. To receive credit for
spoiled live goods only the package lids need to be returned with the RGA number, and must be returned
within 45 days from the date of receipt. Defective merchandise destroyed in the field must be inspected by
an authorized Orcon representative.
Deductions from Invoice: Credits pending are not to be subtracted from an invoice. We will credit for any
approved return. Credit balance will be paid by shipment of additional merchandise.
New Customers: Initial orders may be shipped immediately with prepayment by credit card. Please allow
7 days for credit approval.
Bug Coolers: Replacement Bug Coolers are available for $250, or at no charge after $5000 in sales have
accumulated since receipt of the last bug cooler.
