1)

All orders placed for next day delivery must be received no later than 12:00 noon the day prior to
delivery. Later than that we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

All claims against freight (shortage or damage) must be reported within 24 hours.
7)
The same policies apply when drop shipping orders to our customer’s customer. Please advise dock
status and the delivery location’s telephone number.
RETURN POLICIES
1)
There is a 10% restocking charge on all returns within 90 days of the invoice date. Items may not be
returned 91 days or longer after the invoice date.
2)
Merchandise returned for full credit must be in resalable condition, unless defective or previous damage
claim has been made, with no additional markings and/or labeling on the packaging.
3)
Non-Stock, closeout, Discontinued (or Damaged), and Special Order items may not be returned.
4)
All return requests must be called in or faxed for a return authorization. No Driver is allowed to bring
merchandise back without Authorization Paperwork.
