Brush up on your skills, learn new tricks & have fun doing it!
$80 for camp
$25 Deposit due by July 1st

It will be hot, you will sweat – be prepared!

sweat towels etc.

insurance and agree that the Elite Twirlers, studio owner, all Camp Staff members and building
owner shall not be held liable for any accident or injuries which may result from attending the
2015 Elite Twirlers Baton Boot Camp.
I further understand that qualified Coaches/Staff will be in attendance at this camp and further
agree that if in his/her judgment, further treatment for any injury or illness may be required; my
child may be transported to the nearest hospital. Transportation and or treatment financial
obligations will be the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian.
