Oxymat is a Demnark based company specialized in designing
and manufacturing on-site Oxygen and Nitrogen solutions, using
Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Technology. We have been
designing, engineering and manufacturing Oxygen generator systems
since 1978 and nitrogen systems since 2001. We posses first hand
knowledge of the market, development, demands and possibilities
the PSA technology holds. It is our mission to be your preferred
innovative, dynamic and environmentally responsible supplier of onsite oxygen and nitrogen solutions worldwide.

Technology
Process description
The need for oxygen and/or nitrogen is everywhere - even in the most remote places.
Oxymat has specialized in designing portable containerized generator units
that will ensure your safe and independant source of nitrogen and/or oxygen,
when you need and - literally, where you need it.
The Oxymat Portable Container Solutions have been improved and developed throughout the years.
Most of our generator systems can be installed in a container as Plug & Play,
ready-to-use units.
Our generators are very easy to operate and require a minimum of maintenance and service. Oxymat uses only
high quality components and our systems are designed for 24 hours, 365
days a year operation. A Nitrogen
combined with cylinder back up gives
the highest level of safety. In comparison with cylinders it gives overall cost
reduction up to 80%.

The quality and endurance of our most advanced and high tech container
design has been proven through consecutive tests in extreme temperatures
(from -32°C to +55°C), humidity (90% RH at 40°C), altitude (2,000 m at the
Alpe d‘Huez) followed and of course other special conditions prepared by the
army such as street and off-road tests.
The result is an outstanding containerized producing module with features
that secure trouble free operation, in accordance with most common known
regulations such as ISO, PED (Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC) and
MDD (Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC).
Through an ever ongoing process we are always focused on
developing Oxymat to be cost-effective and ahead of the competition
in terms of quality, performance and price.This strategy has made it
possible to grow to the size and position Oxymat has in the market
today. Our 2014 turnover was 15,2 mil. € and our product range is
the most energy efficient in the market and even at a competitive
