Housing In Slovenija
Finding room or a flat
The Make Up Artist Center housing department has many
great options available to all incoming students. Our aim is
to help you find the property most suited to your needs as
easily and as quickly as possible. We know how important
it is to find the right student accommodation in order that
you can relax and enjoy a full social and academic life.
We therefore endeavour to provide a comprehensive and
constantly changing database of private accommodation,
so that you can make an informed choice.
Useful Instructions
Room with shared use of the bathroom and kitchen: from
EUR 110 to 250 per month plus costs.
There is a high demand for accommodation in September
and October, which also raises the prices. When arranging
private accommodation make sure that you have a clear
understanding of costs as you are often expected to
pay additional monthly expenses after rent (e.g. water,
electricity). A deposit or advance payment for a few months
is required by most owners.
Private accomodation and Youth Hostels
If you will stay in Ljubljana for a short period of time,
we advise you to book private or some temporary
accommodation.
Studio or a one-bedroom flat: from EUR 290 to 400 per
month plus costs.
There are options for private accomodation close to the
school. In each room or apartmant there is a bed, table,
wardrobe, blankets, a kitchen and a bathroom. Privat
accomodation: from EUR 600 to 900, costs and breakfast
included.
When renting a room, water, electricity and heating bills
are sometimes included in the rent, or are divided by the
number of persons living in the apartment.
Temporary accommodation can be found at some hostels
and budget hotels. Check local resource guide at the end of
this catalog.
For studios and small flats, you will need to add at least
another EUR 80 to the monthly rent to cover monthly
costs.
If you would like any further information or assistance
please don’t hesitate to contact Administrative Office at
