The Palm Beach A’s April Newsletter From the Left Seat. If you attended all the possible events this past month you were a very busy person. The annual picnic at the Port St. Lucie Locks saw about 18+ members, in driving rain and wind, attempt to cook and eat. The wind was blowing right thru the charcoal so cooking was a unique event. We did have two Model A’s in attendance, thanks to Tabers and Grose. There were several car shows available to you this past month. The Boy Scouts, car show in Palm Beach Gardens was well attended by four cars from the club. Leon and Faye took Best in Show. There was also the Stuart AutoGeek show with 4 members and the Vero Beach car show. I hope you were able to attend at least a couple of these events. We also had the ice-cream social at the Musto’s. ‘Rubber to the Road’. The officers and board are trying to provide multiple events each month for you to attend. We will have at least one or two touring events and will also be posting the car shows, as we see them. Dr. Dave is trying to make sure we have lots of ‘rubber on the road’ this year. The April meeting will be on the eighth at the fire station at 7:30. The board will present the revised bylaws for adoption by the club at that time. I look forward to seeing each and everyone of you at the meeting on April 8. Help make your club of everyone by being a part of. Bill Val does not have her computer back and running at this point so … Please understand that the Newsletter will get much better once she is back and working on it. Till that time I will attempt to keep everyone up to date on what is happening. I am also attempting to keep the web site www.palmbeachas.com updated with the latest information.
