THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the regular session duly constituted of the
Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Province of Pangasinan, held on May 25, 2015 at
Lingayen, Pangasinan, the following resolution was approved:

APPROVING RESOLUTION NO. 2014-102 OF THE
SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF TAYUG, PANGASINAN,
ENTITLED “APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENTAL AIP
PURSUANT TO APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO.
2014-003 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYUG,
PANGASINAN FOR CY 2014 INVOLVING AN AMOUNT
OF FIVE MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE PESOS
AND 35/100 (P5,386,533.35)”
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Tayug, Pangasinan submitted its
Resolution No. 2014-102 to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for review and
evaluation pursuant to Section 56 of R.A. No. 7160, otherwise known as the
Local Government Code of 1991;
WHEREAS, the Committee on Laws and Ordinances of the Sangguniang
Panlalawigan, with the technical assistance of the Provincial Planning and
Development Officer, have conducted initial review and study on said resolution
and found out that the Municipal Development Council of Tayug thru MDC
Resolution No. 2015-01 dated March 5, 2015 has adopted and endorsed the
amended Supplemental Annual Investment Plan for Calendar Year 2014 in
support to Supplemental Budget No. 2 for CY 2014 of the municipality;
WHEREAS, the amended AIP Summary Form was prepared by the
MPDC and approved/signed by the Municipal Mayor;
WHEREAS, the amendments under the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan
as embodied in the Municipal Ordinance No. 2014-010 jibe with the submitted
amended Supplemental Investment Plan CY 2014;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, after final evaluation, finds
the subject resolution in order;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, on motion of SP Members
Ranjit R. Shahani and Alfonso C. Bince, Jr. and co-sponsored by SP Members
Sheila Marie S. Perez-Galicia and Amado I. Espino III, duly seconded, it was –
RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in session assembled, to
approve Resolution No. 2014-102 of the Sangguniang Bayan of Tayug,
Pangasinan, entitled “Approving the Supplemental AIP pursuant to Appropriation
Ordinance No. 2014-003 of the Municipality of Tayug, Pangasinan for CY 2014
involving an amount of Five Million Three Hundred Eighty Six Thousand Five
Hundred Thirty Three Pesos and 35/100 (P5,386,533.35)”;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished the
Office of the Municipal Mayor and the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan of
Tayug, Pangasinan, for their information and guidance.
