2015-2016 Classes

2015-2016 Classes
“Preschool”:
We define preschool as a morning class that is shorter than our afternoon pre-k sessions. These classes move
slower than the pre-k because they are traditionally filled with new students. We concentrate on social skills, learning how to make choices, problem solve and make friends.
“Pre-Kindergarten”:
We define “pre-kindergarten” as our classes that move quicker and go more in-depth to project work. These classes meet more days (4 or
5) and may meet a little longer than “preschool”. Children in these classes will go to kindergarten next year. Typically, these children have been in preschool for a year or two.
These children are independent problem solvers who are quickly moving past the “adjusting to school period” and jump quickly into long studies on topics and field trips.

How do we apply?
Parma Preschool families who live in Cuyahoga County are eligible for UPK.
An application must be filled out and submitted with registration
paperwork. The application also requires family income verification (tax
return or recent W2s). As with all paperwork completed at Parma
Preschool, this information is strictly confidential.
How Does the UPK Discount Work?
Once all paperwork is submitted and approved, the county will begin to
pay 1/3 of your tuition! Your reaming balance will be adjusted once the
county payments kick in (usually December). Until the country payments
are made you will be responsible for paying the entire monthly tuition
listed.
