Rental Policies
We encourage you to make your reservation in advance to
guarantee the items will be available to you for your party or
wedding. We accept minor changes to your contract up to 72 hours
before customer pickup or scheduled delivery. We require a credit
card on file for all orders, except for Party Plus charge accounts.
Deposits are required on most rental items and are non-refundable
if the rental is cancelled or if the date of the event is changed. Party
Plus charges $25.00 for all returned checks.
Rental fees are charged for the time the rental equipment is out,
regardless if used or not. Rental fees are incurred until the items
are returned to the store. Most rental items are for a one day
charge from Friday to Monday. We require that all orders be paid in
full at customer pickup or prior to delivery.
Customers are asked to check in at the front counter before
dropping off any rental equipment at the loading dock or dish door.
We are unable to assist you with returns until we have checked
your rental contract. We charge a delivery fee for all orders based
on location. Additional fees will be applied for delivery times
scheduled before we open or after hours, delivery to floors other
than the first, and set-up or break-down of items. It is the
customer’s responsibility to return any rental items that weren’t
accessible to our drivers at the time of pickup.
Half of the price of the tent is required on all contracts; this is a
non-refundable deposit. The deposit is forfeited if the rental date
and/or size of the tent is changed.
All linen is sent out “table ready.” It is expected linen will be
returned with food stains, however to avoid additional charges;
please shake all food, debris, confetti, etc. from the linen before
returning. Never put linen in plastic bags as it will mildew.
Customers will be charged a replacement fee for all linen returned
to us with tears, burns, or any permanent stains that do not wash
out. A $6.00 cleaning charge will be applied to each linen returned
with wax.
All dishware is sent out “table ready.” All dishes must be sorted and
returned in the appropriate racks. Please rinse china free of any
food. Glasses must be turned upside down in the racks and all
flatware sorted and rinsed in the trays given. Any breakage,
missing items or damaged items will be charged to the customer
after the order is counted in at our store.
Moonbounces are customer pickup and drop off only in a pickup
truck. We do not deliver or pickup moonbounce rentals. Deposits
are non-refundable. Refunds will not be given if a moonbounce is
rented and it rains after the item is taken from the store.
