Is a neighbor, family member, child advocate, teacher, parishioner,
clergy member, volunteer, or ANYONE who has a positive impact on
the lives of the children in our community!
To nominate, please submit a short essay (500 words or less) on how the nominee
has gone above and beyond on behalf of Lake County children and why you believe
this person is worthy of this award. Be sure to include Name, Address, Phone
Number, and Email Address of both the nominee and the person submitting the
nomination. Submissions must be received by March 27, 2015. The award will
be presented at the Annual Forum on Child Abuse and Neglect at Indiana University Northwest on April 24, 2015, in honor of Child Abuse Prevention Month.
