PD9 Sponsorship Contract
＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ as a pole dancer/instructor ("XYZ") and B-S Group Co., Ltd as a sponsor ("BS Group") enter into this sponsorship contract with respect to PD9 anti-slipping agent for pole dance as follows:
(Purpose)
Article 1. B-S Group, as a sponsor, shall provide XYZ with the anti-slipping agent (product name "PD9") developed by B-S
Group, which is used during competitive pole dance, etc., and support competitive pole dance training, instruction, etc. given
by XYZ, and XYZ shall provide usage information on PD9 as provided by B-S Group and conduct PR and other related
activities.
(Provision of PD9)
Article 2. B-S Group shall provide XYZ with PD9 in amounts necessary for training, instruction, and competitions of
competitive pole dance through discussions on the quantity requested by XYZ.
(Information provision and PR activities)
Article 3. XYZ shall conduct PR activities of PD9,such as by exhibiting it in training facilities, using it for XYZ’s own purpose
or letting XYZ’s students use it during pole dance instruction, and shall provide usage information as provided by B-S Group.
(Termination of contract)
Article 4. In the event that a breach of this contract or any other act by XYZ that impairs the effect of the PD9 product is
found, B-S Group may terminate this contract.
2.In case of the preceding paragraph, B-S Group shall not provide PD9 for XYZ after the date of termination, and the PD9
exhibited in the training facilities shall be returned.
(Term)
Article 5. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year from the effective date.
2.The term of this contract may be extended prior to the expiration of the contract following discussion with both parties.
The details of the contract for such an extended term shall be the same as those of the present contract.
(Prohibition of sale)
Article 6. PD9 shall not be sold by those other than B-S Group or the facilities that B-S Group has asked to sell it, and, when
XYZ is requested to sell it by any member to whom XYZ gives training and/or instruction, XYZ shall refer to B-S Group or
such facilities.
