We act for Bullamon Residential Pty Ltd regarding a Development Application made under the
Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (the Act) over the above property seeking:


Development Permit for a Reconfiguration of a Lot (3 Lots into 150 Lots and 2 Balance Lots);
and
Development Permit for a Material Change of Use (150 Dwelling Houses).
In accordance with Section 301 of the Act, we advise that the Public Notification process for this
application has now been completed.
The last day for the receipt of submissions for this application was Tuesday 7 April 2015.
In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 6 Part 4 Division 2 of the Act, we advise:
The Applicant was entitled to commence notification on Friday 13 March 2015, as we were
advised that Council would not be issuing an Information Request.
In accordance with S.297(1) of the Act, the following actions have been completed:




On 11 March 2015, issue of letters and notices to the adjoining owners informing them of the
application;
On 12 March 2015, publication of a notice in the Newspaper (Fraser Coast Chronicle);
On 12 March 2015, erection of public notice signs on each road frontage; and
On 13 March 2015, advised the Assessment Manager under Section 300 of the Act that
notification commenced.
