Contest Rules and Regulations
1. Contest Sponsor: The NSLC (the “Sponsor”) is the sponsor of the “#ShareAChair at the Cavendish Beach Music Festival with Beach Chair Lager VIP Contest” Contest (the “Contest”). LoyaltyOne, Inc. is in no way connected to the management of this Contest. 2. Eligibility: The Contest is open only to Nova Scotian resident AIR MILES Collectors aged 19 or older except employees, representatives and agents of the Contest Sponsor, LoyaltyOne, Inc., their affiliates and their respective advertising and marketing agencies, Contest administrators, judges and persons domiciled with any of the above. The Collector is the individual in whose name the Collector Account has been established or, in the case of a Business Collector, the principal associated with the Business Collector Account, as determined by LoyaltyOne, Inc. Nova Scotia residence will be determined by the mailing address associated with the Collector Account. If you are not already an AIR MILES Collector, you may become one by enrolling online at www.airmiles.ca. By enrolling to become and AIR MILES Collector, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program as amended from time to time. 3. Agreement to Contest Rules and Regulations: By participating in the Contest, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the Contest Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Contest Organizer and its contest administrators and judges, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Contest Period: The Contest begins at 9AM on May 4th, 2015 and ends at Midnight on June 7th, 2015 (the “Contest Period”). All times refer to Atlantic Time (“ADT”) throughout the Contest. Prizes 4 (four) winners will each win a prize package which includes 2 (two) VIP tickets to the 2015 Cavendish Beach Music Festival held July 10th-‐12th, 2015 in Cavendish, Prince Edward Island. Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 4. How to enter: All purchase transactions made at the NSLC in combination with an AIR MILES Collector Card during the Contest Period on the below brands will result in one entry into the Contest.: • Beach Chair Lager 355ml 12-‐packs No purchase necessary: To enter the contest without purchase write to the below address and include your full name, AIR MILES Collector number, mailing address, phone number, email address (if applicable) and a 100-‐word response to the question, “What does summer mean to you?” Write to: PEI Brewing Company c/o 96 Kensington Road Charlottetown, PE C1A 5J4 5. Prize Winner Selection: The winners will be selected by random draw within 48 hours of the Contest close date. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted by telephone (or fails to respond to any telephone messages) within 10 business days from the time of initial contact, he or she will be disqualified and forfeits the prize, and another eligible entrant will be selected at random, who shall be contacted and subject to disqualification in the same manner. Upon selection, the potential winners will be required to sign a release form. To be declared a prize winner, the selected entrant must answer correctly, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-‐testing question posed by mail, email or telephone. If a selected entrant fails to correctly answer the skill testing question then he/she will be disqualified and another entrant may (at the discretion of the Sponsor) be randomly selected. 6. General: Neither Sponsor nor LoyaltyOne, Inc. is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property arising from the Contest, participating in the Contest or any prize, or which may be caused directly or indirectly from the Contest.
