GYMNASTICS CAMP

Ages: 5 & UP
Join North Atlantic Gymnastics Academy
and the Penobscot Bay YMCA for another
fun summer of gymnastics! Each week of
gymnastics camp will include instruction,
games, activities, crafts, swimming, and
more! Campers will learn gymnastics skills
and progressions in small groups based
on experience, age, peers and gender.
Participants will have the opportunity to
learn on all of the boys and girls equipment
including the trampoline, foam pit, and
inflatable tumbling surfaces. Each camp
week will conclude with a gymnastics
performance for family and friends on
Friday afternoon. (full day campers only).
The camp is available for both boys and
girls ages 5 and older.
Times:
 9 AM - 3 PM (Full Day) or
 9 AM - 12 PM (Half Day)
Cost:
 $200/M or $250/NM (Full Day)
 $100/M or $125/NM (Half Day)

SAILFISH SWIMMING
CAMP
The Penobscot Bay YMCA Swim camp
has something for everyone. Beginner
swimmers will explore what interests them
about swimming and will focus on
fundamentals of the sport. Intermediate
and advanced swimmers will work on
endurance, racing and stroke development.
Fun is never far away! Water Polo, Sharks
and Minnows and wacky relay races are
all part of the swim camp experience. This
year, swim camp will include a field trips
and visits to local beaches.
Pre-Requisite: must be able to swim one
length of the pool.

KARATE CAMP
Dates: July 13-17
Sensei Susan Michaud is a black belt
instructor who has been leading classes
at the Penobscot Bay YMCA and the
Korean School of Karate for over 15
years. Our Karate Camp staff have been
trained by Susan to provide a quality
learning environment that keep students
coming back year after year. Students
will learn progressive skills, gain strength
and self control through multiple karate
techniques. Each day will be filled with a
combination of structure and free play
including daily time in our swimming pool.
