Terms and Conditions:
• A Residential Event (any conference/meeting with 10 or more accommodation rooms contracted for delegates participating in the conference/meeting at the participating property) must
be held at Fraser Suites Sydney, Fraser Suites Perth or Capri by Fraser, Brisbane between the dates 1 June – 30 September 2015.
• A minimum of 10 accommodation rooms must be booked per night to be eligible for entry.
• Each event must be accompanied by a separate entry form to be eligible for the prize. The event organizer or person making the booking will receive the Entry Form via email once
booking is confirmed and paid for should all terms and conditions have been met. Only one entry per event.
• Entry forms must be received by no later than 5pm AEST on Friday 16 October 2015.
• All Events must be fully paid for the entry to be valid.
• The Prize must be taken between 1 November 2015 and 31 October 2016. Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking, and block-out dates do apply.
• Flights included in prize to depart from the following cities only: Sydney, Perth, Melbourne or Brisbane. Prize includes Two return economy class air-tickets to Dubai, Frankfurt and Istanbul.

capital city where the winner is departing from.
• Prize is drawn at Fraser Suites Sydney, Level 11, 488 Kent Street Sydney NSW 2000 on the 30th October 2015 at 3pm. Method of draw is a barrel draw. Prize winner will be notified via
email and published on www.sydney.frasershospitality.com/en/offers.html at 4pm on 30th October 2015. Redraw of prize will happen at Fraser Suites Sydney, Level 488 Kent Street Sydney
NSW 2000 on 6th November 2015 @3pm. Method of draw is a barrel draw. Prize winner will be notified via email and published on www.sydney.frasershospitality.com/en/offers.html
• Prize is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Additional costs, including but not limited to, visas, transfers, additional accommodation, food and beverage and insurance, will be the responsibility for the winning party.
• Prize is valued up $10,000 depending on the capital city where the winner is departing from. The prize will be forfeited if it is not used with the time period mentioned.
