Drummers should be able to read music on the percussion cleff. New students will be made very welcome, and assisted by staff and older students. Before joining, students should talk to their instrumental teacher or to the Head of Music (Mr.Tonti). There will be the opportunity to perform at various concerts and events, both at school and within the community. In addition, students will have the opportunity to perform with students from other ASC schools in combined orchestras and/or bands at the different ASC schools and at other venues such as the Perth Concert Hall. DRAMA Those students who have a special interest in the Performing Arts or being part of a live production are encouraged to participate in Sub-School productions. It also provides the experience of competition through one day carnivals where teams will have the opportunity to compete against other schools while encouraging fun through sport and exercise. The finale of the programme is a Lightning Carnival Day on the 12th June.
