PREMIÈRE UTILISATION :
Tous les instruments doivent être décontaminés, nettoyés, stérilisés avant leur premier usage. Tous les
instruments ont été conçus pour être stérilisés à l´autoclave.
INSPECTION ET CONTRÔLE DE LA FONCTIONNALITÉ :
Chaque instrument doit être rigoureusement inspecté avant utilisation par le personnel formé. Il est
indispensable de contrôler avant toute utilisation que les instruments de chirurgie ne présentent pas de
ruptures, fentes ou fonctions défectueuses. Notamment les lames, pointes, zones de raccord, blocages et
cran d’arrêt, ainsi que tous les éléments mobiles doivent être contrôlés avec soin.
Ne pas utiliser les instruments endommagés. Les réparations nécessaires doivent être effectuées
uniquement par des personnes qualifiées ayant la formation requise. En cas de besoin, ou pour de plus
amples informations, veuillez vous adresser au fabricant ou à votre département médicotechnique.
DÉCONTAMINATION, NETTOYAGE ET MAINTENANCE :
Tous les instruments de chirurgie doivent être décontaminés, parfaitement nettoyés et stérilisés après
chaque utilisation. Nettoyer et inspecter minutieusement chaque instrument. Stériliser tous les instruments
avant usage.
Un procédé de nettoyage et une maintenance approprié assurent le fonctionnement correct et augmentent
la durée de vie des instruments.
Une attention particulière doit être portée aux rainures, blocages, zones de raccord, tubes et autres zones
difficilement accessibles. Ne pas utiliser les instruments endommagés.
Le nettoyage et le rinçage doivent avoir lieu immédiatement après chaque utilisation afin d’éviter que des
particules ou sécrétions desséchées adhèrent aux instruments, ce qui pourrait rendre difficile ou empêcher
un nettoyage ou une stérilisation ultérieurs. Lors du nettoyage des instruments, tous les corps étrangers
doivent être éliminés.
Utiliser de l’eau chaude et des produits de nettoyage courants appropriés pour le nettoyage des
instruments. Pour enlever les résidus protéiques, nous vous conseillons d’utiliser des produits de nettoyage
enzymatiques. Observer les renseignements sur l’utilisation de ces produits de nettoyage.
Ne pas utiliser d´agents corrosifs ou des produits de nettoyage caustiques. Les solutions de
nettoyage et de rinçage s´approchant du pH neutre (7,0) sont conseillées.
Ne pas utiliser d´abrasifs, utiliser une brosse souple.
Un nettoyage par ultrasons peut être effectué mais veiller à ce que tous les raccords ou visseries
desserrés par les vibrations soient resserrés.
Rincer soigneusement à l´eau distillée.
Séchez les instruments soigneusement à l´air comprimé.
Conditionner l´instrument en préalable à la stérilisation.
Important : Après tout nettoyage et avant la stérilisation, tous les instruments et surtout les lames, zones de
raccord, blocage, cran d’arrêt ainsi que tous les éléments mobiles, doivent être traités avec une huile
lubrifiante appropriée aux instruments chirurgicaux et qui ne laisse aucun résidus après stérilisation.
MÉTHODES DE STÉRILISATION STANDARDS :
La stérilisation à l´autoclave est conseillée. Ne pas stériliser à l´air chaud.
Cycle standard à l´autoclave : 134º C 18 minutes.
L´instrumentation peut supporter d´autres cycles. Dans tous les cas, respecter les normes en vigueur. Nous
vous conseillons de valider tout autre cycle. Contactez le fabricant de votre autoclave pour obtenir
confirmation des températures appropriées.
MANIPULATIONS :
Lors du transport, nettoyage, maintenance, stérilisation et stockage, tous les instruments doivent être traités
avec le plus grand soin. Ceci vaut particulièrement pour les lames, pointes fines et autres zones sensibles.
Les instruments de chirurgie corrodent et leur fonctionnement est affecté s’ils entrent en contact avec des
substances agressives ou s’ils ne sont pas convenable séchés avant stockage. Ne pas mettre en contact
avec des acides ou des produits de nettoyage agressifs.
Dans tous les cas, décontamination, nettoyage et stérilisation doivent suivre le protocole en vigueur dans
votre établissement.
INITIAL USE:
All instruments must be decontaminated, cleaned and sterilised before first use. All instruments have been
designed to be sterilised in an autoclave.
INSPECTION AND FUNCTIONALITY CHECK:
Every instrument must be rigorously inspected before use by trained staff. It is essential to check before use
that surgical instruments are not broken, cracked or defective. Particularly blades, tips, connectors, locks
and notches, and all mobile parts must be carefully checked.
Do not use damaged instruments. Any repairs must only be performed by qualified persons who have been
appropriately trained. If required or for more information, please contact the manufacturer or your medicaltechnical department.
DECONTAMINATION, CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
All surgical instruments must be decontaminated, completely cleaned and sterilised after every use. Clean
and carefully inspect every instrument. Sterilise all instruments before use.
Appropriate cleaning and maintenance ensures proper functioning and extends the life span of instruments.
Close attention must be paid to grooves, locks, connectors, tubes and other areas that are difficult to
access. Do not use damaged instruments.
Cleaning and rinsing must be done immediately after each use in order to avoid particles or dried secretions
sticking to instruments, which could make cleaning difficult or prevent cleaning or subsequent sterilisation.
When cleaning instruments, all foreign bodies must be removed.
Use hot water and appropriate standard cleaning products for cleaning instruments. To remove proteinic
residues, we recommend using enzymatic cleaning products. Follow the usage instructions for these
cleaning products.
Do not use corrosive agents or caustic cleaning products. Cleaning and rinsing solutions
close to pH neutral (7.0) are recommended.
Do not use scourers, use a soft brush.
Ultrasound cleaning can be done but check that all connectors or fixings loosened by
vibration are tightened.
Rinse carefully with distilled water.
Dry instruments carefully in compressed air.
Pack the instrument before sterilisation.
Important: After cleaning and before sterilisation, all instruments but particularly blades, connectors, locks,
notches and all mobile parts must be treated with an appropriate lubricant oil for surgical instruments and
no residues must remain after sterilisation.
STANDARD STERILISATION METHODS:
Sterilisation in an autoclave is recommended. Do not sterilise with hot air.
Standard autoclave cycle: 134º C 18 minutes.
Instruments can support other cycles. In all cases, comply with current standards. We recommend that any
other cycles be validated. Contact the manufacturer of your autoclave to obtain confirmation of appropriate
temperatures.
HANDLING:
When transporting, cleaning, maintaining, sterilising and storing, all instruments must be treated with great
care. This is particularly the case for blades, fine tips and other sensitive areas.
Surgical instruments corrode and their functioning is affected if they get into contact with harsh substances
or if they are not properly dried before storage. Do not put in contact with acids or harsh cleaning products.
In all cases, decontamination, cleaning and sterilisation must comply with current procedures in your
organisation.

PRVÉ POUŽITIE:
Všetky nástroje musia byť pred ich prvým použitím dekontaminované, vyčistené a sterilné. Všetky nástroje
boli navrhnuté na sterilizáciu v autokláve.
PREHLIADKA A KONTROLA FUNKČNOSTI :
Každý nástroj musí byť pred svojim použitím prísne skontrolovaný zaškoleným personálom. Pred každým
použitím je nevyhnutné skontrolovať, či dané chirurgické nástroje nevykazujú zlom, škáry prípadne chybné
funkcie. Pozorne je potrebné skontrolovať predovšetkým čepele, ihly, spojovacie zóny, blokovania a
aretačný zub, ako aj všetky ostatné pohyblivé súčasti .
Nepoužívajte poškodené nástroje. Potrebné opravy môžu vykonávať jedine kvalifikované osoby s
požadovaným školením. V prípade potreby, či v prípade doplňujúcich informácií sa obráťte, prosím, na
výrobcu alebo na vaše oddelenie medicínsko - technickej údržby.
DEKONTAMINÁCIA, ČISTENIE A ÚDRŽBA :
Všetky chirurgické nástroje musia byť dekontaminované, dokonale vyčistené a sterilizované po každom
použití. Každý nástroj dôkladne vyčistite a skontrolujte. Pred všetkých nástrojov ich najprv sterilizujte.
Správny postup čistenia a sterilizácie zabezpečujú korektný chod a zvyšujú tak životnosť nástrojov.
Venujte zvýšenú pozornosť ryhám, blokovaniam, spojovacím zónam, trubiciam a ostatným ťažko
prístupným zónam. Nepoužívajte poškodené nástroje.
Čistenie a oplach musia nasledovať bezprostredne po každom použití aby sa tak odstránili časticiam alebo
vysušeným sekrétom nachádzajúcim sa na nástrojoch, ktoré by mohli sťažiť prípadne dokonca zabrániť
neskoršiemu čisteniu alebo sterilizácii Pri čistení nástrojov je potrebné eliminovať všetky cudzie látky.
Na čistenie nástrojov použite teplú vodu a vhodné bežné čistiace prostriedky . Na odstránenie proteínových
zvyškov vám odporúčame použiť enzýmové čistiace prostriedky. Dodržujte informácie o použití týchto
čistiacich prostriedkov.

Pred sterilizáciou nástroj klimatizujte.
Dôležité: Po každom vyčistení a pred každou sterilizáciou je nevyhnutné všetky nástroje a predovšetkým
čepele, spojovacie zóny, blokovanie aretačný zub ako aj všetky pohyblivé súčasti opracované mazacím
olejom, ktorý po sterilizácii nezanechá žiadne zvyšky, a ktorý je určený pre chirurgické nástroje.
ŠTANDARDNÉ STERILIZAČNÉ METÓDY:
Odporúčame sterilizácie v autokláve. Nesterilizujte teplým vzduchom.
Štandardný cyklus v autokláve : 134º C 18 minút.
Prístrojové vybavenie znáša i ďalšie cykly. V každom prípade dodržiavajte platné normy. Každý ďalší cyklus
vám odporúčame skontrolovať. Pre overenie potrebných teplôt kontaktujte výrobcu autoklávy.
MANIPULÁCIE:
Počas prepravy, čistenia, údržby, sterilizácie a skladovania je potrebné nakladať so všetkými nástrojmi s
maximálnou opatrnosťou. To platí predovšetkým pre čepele, jemné kliny a ostatné citlivé zóny.
Chirurgické nástroje korodujú a ich funkčnosť je ovplyvnená ak sa dostanú do kontaktu s agresívnymi
látkami alebo v prípade, ak sú pred uskladnením nedostatočne vysušené. Nenechajte dôjsť ku kontaktu s
kyselinami alebo agresívnymi čistiacimi prostriedkami.
V každom prípade podlieha dekontaminácia, čistenie a sterilizácia protokolu, ktorý je v platnosti vo vašom
zariadení.
