Supplement to 2015 Technical Regulation
In addition to the 2015 Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Benelux Technical Regulations the following is specified for
Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (type 991):
1. Use of tape on the air intake front radiator:
Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Benelux informs, during all Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Benelux events, for all
Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (type 991) cars, it is allowed to use tape to cover the air inlet of the water radiator on the
front bumper, with the aim to control the coolant temperature of the engine in cold weather. Other
aerodynamic changes with the use of tape are forbidden. In case of an accident, the competitors may use tape
to do a temporary repair during any driving session. In this case, the Technical Director or one of his assistants
must be informed during the repair to decide if this action leads to an aerodynamic benefit. When the
previously described case occurred, before the start of the next driving session the car must be repaired
correctly.
