Bay Area Clubs are defined as clubs located within the San Francisco Bay bounded by the Carquinez Bridge on the east and the Golden Gate Bridge on the west. Non-Bay Area clubs are defined as Delta, Lake and Coastal clubs. a. If a Bay area PICYA Yacht Club joins with another Non-Bay Area PICYA Yacht Club to work together to decorate a boat for the Opening day Parade, both clubs will receive COTY points for the entry. b. If two Non-Bay Area PICYA Yacht Clubs join together decorating one entry, both yacht clubs will receive COTY points.
