DELEGATES REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Delegates for the Perak International Ecotourism Symposium 2015 and Student Delegates for the
Field Study Trip in the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan are advised to take note of the following terms
and conditions listed below.
1. SYMPOSIUM DELEGATES REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

General Symposium Delegates 28 to 30 July 2015
The Registration Fee includes accommodations and breakfast for three (3) nights at the
designated hotel(s). The fee further includes tea, lunch breaks, dinner and conference
documents as packaged for the 2-day Symposium as well as two (2) dinner offers for the
Official Opening and Closing Ceremonies respectively.
Other perks and offers inclusive in this package are at the sole discretion of the
Organisers, Exist Green Sdn Bhd. Any other cost or expenses incurred by the delegate
other than that stipulated in the Symposium Package Offer is at the delegate‟s own cost
and the Organisers will not be liable for any of the additional charges.
1.2
Student Delegates
The „Package Offer‟ for Student Delegates participating in the “Field Study Perak Eco
tours” and the Royal Belum Rainforest Study Trip in the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan
includes accommodation, meals, and coach and guide services. The package offer also
includes entrance and other fees connected to the tour itinerary. The package fees will
apply accordingly to the students‟ choice of the packages offered.
1.3
Application for Participation
Application for registration must be on the prescribed „form‟. Applications must be
accompanied by the required payment. Submission of the participation form shall be
deemed to be confirmation of participation and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
of Participation.
1.4
Terms of Payments
The Organiser, Exist Green Sdn Bhd., will only confirm participation after a properly filled
out “Delegates Participation Form” has been received and the following payments are
met according to the applicant‟s choice of the „package‟ offered.
All payments in cash, bank draft, or telegraphic transfer, shall be made solely to: EXIST
GREEN SDN BHD. If payment in full is not received within fourteen (14) days from the
date of submissions of the application form to participate, the application will be
considered cancelled. All initial payments as registration fees will be forfeited.

Overseas Delegates Payment
Overseas delegates may make their payments through bank draft or through bank
transfer to Exist Green Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 944875-V), MAYBANK
BERHAD, and Account No. (TBA) via Bank transfer number 012-200-339, bearing the
words “without charges to the beneficiary”.
Withdraw / Cancellations
In the event of cancellation or withdrawals of participation by the applicant, no refund of
registration fees will be entertained. However, on the other hand, substitutions are very much
welcome.

3.0
Changes
The Organisers reserves the right to change the venue, dates and programmes or duration of the
programme should circumstances demand. In the event of such changes the agreement to
participate by the Participant shall remain in force. Participants shall not be entitled to any claim
for compensation in connection with their application for participation.
4.0
Hotel Accommodations
Symposium Delegates will be provided with three (3) night‟s accommodation at the designated
hotel(s) that includes breakfast, taxes and other services. Additional charges will be levied for
early arrivals or for late departures, other than the dates stipulated in the „package offer‟.
All additional charges will have to be borne by the delegate concerned. All corporate delegates,
international as well as domestic will be provided with single room occupancy, while student
delegates will be provided with quadruple sharing rooms. Room allocations will be assigned on a
first come, first served basis and the Organisers reserve the right to allocate rooms to delegates
that have late bookings.
5.0
Insurance, Liabilities And Risks
The Organisers and its Agents and the State Government of Perak Darul Ridzuan will not be
responsible for any loss, injury, accident, death or damage of personal property including that by
fire, flood and theft or to his or their personal property or goods arising from any cause
whatsoever during the period of the field study trips by local and foreign students/participants in
the schedule programmes.
Every Participant, by applying for participation and paying fees expressly understands and
acknowledges that this releases the Organisers, Exist Green Sdn Bhd, its Agents, the State
Government of Perak Darul Ridzuan against, any and all claims for loss, injury, death or damages
to personal property.
General Insurance while on travels in coaches, ferries and other public transport operated by
licensed operators for the purpose as assigned by the Organisers are covered by insurance
during the periods specified. However, it is strongly advised that participants take up private
insurance coverage that is out of the programme scheduled by the Organisers.
6.0
INTERPRETATION
The Organisers reserves the right to issue additions, changes and amendments to the terms and
conditions relating to the Perak International Ecotourism Symposium 2015 as and when
considered necessary for the smooth management of the scheduled programmes related to the
Symposium. Interpretation of any condition, regulation or rule shall rest entirely with the
Organisers, whose decision shall be final and binding.
