Pink Mule will do everything possible to take care of your requirements, and we will try to give you the best service and
conditions.
There are fixed conditions for wholesale customers. There may be changes made in the future but you will receive prior
notification in such cases.
We can offer you a discount on the majority of the products that are in stock in our online store www.pink-mule. com
Regarding your purchases in our online store are the following conditions:
1.
The discount would be based on the normal shop price.
2.
The minimum order requirement for the discount would be 350 €
3.
Products already on discount do not normally have any additional discounts.
4.
There are certain products that cannot be bought as Pink Mule either
have exclusivity or there are agreements in place that prevent us from
re-selling.
5.
Pink Mule reserves the right to withdraw products from an order if the product cannot be sold by a wholesaler or
if there has been an error in pricing. In these cases you will be immediately informed.
6.
As a wholesale customer, it will be possible to benefit from other product specific offers that do not appear in the
default online store.
7.
If a product is not available but is expected in stock soon, it would not be possible to order it in the store but it would
be possible to fill in Annex 2 for the products for which you want more information or to reserve an order. You will
be informed by mail.
8.
In almost all cases, products will be despatched within 24 hours ( working days ) from reciept of order.
9.
Pink Mule reserves the right to cancel or reject the agreement of sale to a wholesaler without prior notice.
Shipping:
Within the EU, orders will be sent by GLS and outside the EU, will be sent by certified mail. The price and mode of
transport will automatically be displayed in the online store when you place your order.
If another means of shipping is required, you can indicate this in your comments when placing your order. The
customer will then be contacted to specify the agreement.
Orders:

Once you have accepted this agreement, you will receive an access code

Your account will be approved automatically and you can start buying

The prices of the products will be displayed without VAT and will be the actual wholesale purchase price
for the online store.

To qualify as a wholesale customer, you must have a validated VAT number which should be the same as you used in your
pink-mule.com registration.
Right to complain and other conditions.
This agreement is an agreement between Pink Mule and your business (B2B business to business) or an agreement between
two companies and as such the normal rules of retail do not apply. Special conditions are that you do not have reclaim,
return or refund rights.
In the case where items are missing from your order due to an error in packaging, you can choose from having the missing
items sent with your next order or a refund for the items not received.
