This Operational Alert is being issued pursuant to Section 20, GT&C of EGT’s Tariff and shall constitute
notice of Force Majeure under Section 8, GT&C of EGT’s Tariff to notify all parties of upcoming
maintenance on EGT’s Line CP located in North Louisiana.
Beginning May 19, 2015, EGT will begin performing maintenance on Line CP in order to replace a
mainline valve. At this time, EGT will not be capable of receiving physical supplies into CP points or
pools west of the Vernon Compressor Station. The work is anticipated to take three days to complete,
ending May 21, 2015.
During the work, no deliveries will be scheduled to Line CP points east of Vernon Compressor Station
that have corresponding receipts on Line CP west of Vernon Compressor Station. Based on operational
conditions during the maintenance, there are receipt points east of Vernon that may be available in
order to effectuate deliveries to CP points east of Vernon. Receipts or deliveries such as those
effectuated by displacement to or from EGT’s Core System will also be limited during this period.

Upon successful completion of the maintenance, EGT’s operations group will work with its shippers and
operators to begin returning back to normal operations, which is expected to take place on May 22,
2015.
This Operational Alert will remain in effect until further notice and will be updated as more information
becomes available.
