New Scanner Tips for a Comfortable Patient Experience
PlanScan tips are now available in three sizes: a standard tip and two slimmer profiled tips for better access or
with patients with small mouths. All tips feature a smooth finish to easily glide between cheeks and gums. Each
is ergonomically designed ensuring a pleasant patient experience and comfortable scanning position for the
practice team.
• Standard tips are great for general scanning procedures and larger
field of view. 3 are packaged with each PlanScan scanner.
• Small Portrait is ideal for patients with smaller mouths; for
enhanced reach to the posterior, compromised dentition, or for
capturing interproximal areas.
• Small Landscape is ideal for anterior scanning (buccal to lingual;
saddle scanning) and easy capture of buccal bite.
