by HyKlas, Plattsburg, MO. Teams will provide all other
necessary supplies for contest. See contest rules and

Commerce, and their agents, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. Further, I hereby grant full
permission to the Plattsburg Chamber of Commerce or agents authorized by them to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures,
recording, or any other record of this event for legitimate purpose. In signing this entry form I understand that no money will be refunded
and my team agrees to abide by the 2015 BBQ Bash Rules and Regulations. Any team with a sponsor (product or association) must be
approved prior to acceptance. I also understand that I am responsible for my team’s conduct.

Contest rules & Regulations:
YOU will need to provide the following according to city
and state regulations:
1. Area must be covered with a tent.
2. Spray bottle with bleach & water to sanitize work
surfaces and tables.
3. Must have meat thermometer.
COLD Temperature 41 degrees or below.
HOT Temperature 140 degrees or above.
4. Cooler with ice for meat. Chicken & Pork must be
kept separated.

taken to the appropriate disposal area
provided.
No grease is to be poured into drains.
No animals inside the food preparation area.
No pesticides to be used near tent/food.
Beer is available in designated beer garden.
Hand washing station with soap, water & paper
towels will be available.
Note: Permits are not required in Clinton County.
