Plus! Visa / NTUC Plus! Visa Credit / Debit Cardholders (“ Cardholders” ) w ho make their purchases
at FairPrice can enjoy the promotion (the " Promotion" ), subject to the follow ing terms and
conditions:
1. The Promotion is valid at selected FairPrice stores from 8 January 2015 to 11 March
2015, w hile stocks last. Item and stock availability varies from store to store; check instore for full product details.
2. The Promotion is valid on prevailing prices of the items listed.
3. All purchases must be charged to OCBC Plus! Visa Cards via credit/debit transactions in
order to enjoy the respective discounts off Golden Chef, Skylight and New Moon sets.
NETS and cash transactions are not eligible for the Promotion.
4. Limited to 4 sets per cardmember for Golden Chef items.
5. No traders allow ed.
6. The respective discounts off the Golden Chef, Skylight and New Moon sets w ill be
deducted upfront w hen customers charge their purchase to the OCBC Plus! Visa Card.
7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction w ith other promotions for the same products.
8. NTUC FairPrice reserves the right to replace any promotional item w ith other items
depending on stock availability.
9. OCBC Bank reserves the right at its absolut e discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary,
delete or add t o any of t hese terms and conditions at any time w ithout notice including
w ithout limitation, the eligibility of any cardholder and the dates of the Promotion.
10. OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any
purpose or any other aspect of any product/service. Notw ithstanding anything herein,
OCBC Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction
in any product or inferior or deficient service, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm

11. OCBC Bank’ s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding
on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by OCBC Bank.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law s of Singapore and each
participant in the promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of Singapore. A person w ho is not a participant of this promotion shall have no right
under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms
and conditions.
