A survey by Visa found that half of U.S. consumers are putting their extra dollars away, spurring a rise in the savings rate from 4.3% to 4.9% at the end of last year. Experts suggest this behavior may be prompted by still-fresh memories of the 2008 recession. 10th Year Anniversary for YouTube And the most popular woman on YouTube is Michelle Phan with 7.6 million subscribers & 1.1 billion views.
