All the passers of 12th EPS-TOPIK have to follow procedures below
for a register for Skills Test and Job Application immediately to be
able to have a higher chance of recommendation for employment
in Korea.
Regarding the next procedures, refer to information below.
(1) Skills Test Registration
 Qualification of Skills Test: Those who are interest to take Skills Test,
See attachment 1 for qualified list of 3rd Skill Test
 After registered to Skills Test, don’t be absent in the Skills Test.
 Registration period and Method
By accessing the following websites: CHOOSE BETWEEN 2 OPTIONS
OPTION 1:
www.eps.go.kr (11~15 June 2015)
A. Visit https://www.eps.go.kr and click the Philippine Flag (Bottom right)
B. Log In your EPS account (You should signup first to log in)
C. Click Skills Test and follow the instructions for registrations
OPTION 2:
www.poea.gov.ph (11(PM) ~15 June 2015)
* We highly recommend OPTION 1 when registering
Important Note:
You can only choose ONE (1) site when registering for the Skills Test.
Either you choose the EPS site or the POEA site. NOT BOTH.
 Please refer to announcement of 3rd Skills Test for detailed information.
(2) Procedures for the EPS TOPIK passer‟s Job Application
1. To those who already passed the EPS TOPIK (applicant), he/she must
undergo a medical examination immediately (as possible within 1weeks
after announcement of 12th EPS-TOPIK result)
2. Proceed to POEA to submit the medical examination result and apply for
job application (within 2weeks after announcement of 12th EPS-TOPIK
result)
3. Preparation & Transfer of Preliminary job seekers‟ roster (POEA→HRD Korea)
4. Approval/managing of the job seekers‟ roster within two (2) months
(HRD Korea, POEA)
* To check the status of your application, please sign-up at the EPS
website (www.eps.go.kr). Refer to (3) Additional information to check the
score and status Option A.
For your information: 3rd quarter EPI issuance will be on July 28~31, 2015
(4th quarter EPI issuance will be on Oct. 27~30, 2015), Workers should check
their status (Standard Labor Contract Forwarding etc.) in POEA website or EPS
website and deal with it.
(3) Additional Information to check the score and status
<Option A (to check the score or status)>
To check your score/ status you may register on www.eps.go.kr. :
EPS Site will only function with Internet Explorer.
(Other browsers such as Mozilla, Google Chrome, Safari, etc. will not work)
1. Go to „www.eps.go.kr‟, click Mother Tongue Service, and then click
Philippines (ENGLISH)
2. Click SIGN UP
(EPS-TOPIK passers may able to sign up next day of announcement)
3. Choose and Click: Passport Number + Birth date
4. Follow the instructions and then click NEXT
5. Make sure to click on each box (I agree)
6. Then start the SIGNING APPLICATION
7. Make your own ID and PASSWORD
*Don‟t forget to re-type your PASSWORD* and then click REGISTER

A pop up message will appear saying “SUCCESS SAVED” and on the
upper left, click “VIEW EPS TOPIK SCORE”
 To check your Job application status, on the upper left, click “VIEW
IMMIGRATION PROGRESS”

1. Access the website (www.eps.go.kr)
2. Select language (English) and click
3. Enter the primary key (individual own) at the "EPS-TOPIK"
4. Click "go" button and check the score

For those who are going to take the Skills Test, please be reminded that
participating in the Skills Test will put you on the PRIORITY LANE and that you
will have a HIGHER CHANCE of recommendation for employment in Korea.
Skills Test result will be updated on the EPS site (www.eps.go.kr) by HRD Korea.
 Passing the EPS-TOPIK only gives the workers the qualification for EPS job
application and does not guarantee employment in Korea.
