Direct print onto thick media
Prints on media up to 30 mm thick to support a wide
variety of print business applications. A perfect choice
for a customer that needs to print images not only on
regular paper media but also directly on thick media.
The height of the carriage is adjusted manually from the
control software. Has a sensor for checking edge of the material
to prevent damage of the printhead.
Easy Maintenance
Printer is equipped with circulation system that eﬀectively
helps to avoid the settling of the Titanium dioxide in the ink
lines by regularly circulating white ink is standard equipment.
It also greatly reduces separation and prevent clogging
in the nozzles by the white ink.
Easy Operations
Handles a wide range of exible and rigid media quickly and
easily with versatile vacuum belt media transport system.
It is equipped with a sensor of front and left edge of the
printing surface. Can be installed in a line of high productivity
system. Long-life LED-UV lamps, bottled ink, low power
consumption, easy maintenance dramatically reduces running costs.
Vacuum belt drive system
Vacuum belt drive system has three separate zones
of vacuum control. It can be turned ON/OFF quite easily
and quickly from the front panel. The suction valve
enables to feet and hold heavy boards precisely and reliably.

Perfect size for installation and versatility
Printer P-180EW has a compact size for easy installation.
Standardly, comes with two folding tables and take up system
for exible roll materials. It is used for printing up to 180 sm width
boards that are commonly used in the marketplace.
Multi - White, Clear, CMYK print function
Printing separately white, clear and full color layers is possible
simultaneously. Using clear and white ink extremely enhances
your capacity of design. A coating of white ink can be applied at
high accuracy to bring really rich and vibrant colors even on dark
and colored materials. Clear ink gives a more beautiful glossy look
or realizes highly value-added enhanced design.
LED-UV curing unit
Environmentally friendly LED-UV curing unit has low IR output,
exclusively long life and lower power consumption. Minimum heat
output allows printing on heat sensitive media. It also produces no
potentially destructive ozone during the printing process, which
lessens any potential load on the environment.
