PSHS Parents Volunteer Form 2015-2016
Supporting a band program with the size and quality of the Poland Band requires a strong booster
program. Poland Band Parents supply the band with instruments, uniforms, chaperones, sectional
instructors, food, water, and hold many fundraisers to help the students and parents pay for band
trips. This is only possible through the generous contributions and volunteer efforts of the parents.
We try to make these events entertaining and enriching for the students as well as the parent
volunteers. Please check as many boxes as you are able. Thank you so much for your support!!
