Can you beat the JWOC Sprint champion?
After the JWOC sprint in Åmot, an open competition is organized in the JWOC
courses. First start immediately after the sprint flower ceremony. 4 classes; girls /
boys (16 years and younger) and women / men (17 years and older). Preregistration, late entries possible (50% surcharge), but the competition is limited to
500 runners.

from parking to the arena.

Entry
First start immediately after the sprint flower
ceremony, approximately at 14:30. Start interval 15
sec.

Max 500 runners in total. The entry will close when
the limit is reached.
Deadline for entries: Monday 15 June kl. 23.59
Late entry possible on the same day if there are
maps available.
Maps and courses
Åmot (ISSOM), scale 1:4000, 2 m contour interval.
Girls/women: 3 km, 60 m climb
Boys/men: 3,5 km, 95 m climb
Course setters: Jarle Ausland and Anne Margrethe
Hausken Nordberg.
Shoes with spikes and studs forbidden.

Punching system
EMIT Touch-free will be used. Runners without their
own emiTag has to rent this from the organizers
(NOK 30).
Awards to the three best in each class.
