AussieSim UK/Europe User Guide
Welcome to AussieSim UK/Europe
To get you started we have five simple steps:
Step 1 – Unlock Device
In most cases network providers sell locked handsets and tablet devices. In order to unlock your device contact your network provider. For detailed instructions please see the ‘Support’ section
of our website.
Note: For iPhones this process can take 24-48 hours, upon confirmation from your provider that your phone has been unlocked, you will need to back up and restore your phone through
iTunes to complete the unlocking process. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for this.
Step 2 – Activate your AussieSim
To activate your AussieSim visit www.aussiesim.com.au and click ‘Activate’ to register your details online. Please ensure you have your Passport and credit/debit card details ready.

Step 4 – Keep your Australian mobile number
Each AussieSim is pre-allocated a UK mobile number for you to use. We also offer a Call Forwarding service so you can still receive calls on your Australian number, this service does not cost to
set up, however it does have usage charges associated with it. Your sim, includes $10 complimentary credit made up of $5 call credit and $5 call forwarding credit to get you started. You will
need to set up the call divert from your handset should you wish to use this feature.
Note: Call forwarding will not work if the balance falls below $0, any callers will receive a busy signal.
Step 5 – Insert sim card
All of our sim cards come with a sim adaptor so they are able to fit into any handset. Remove your existing SIM card and replace with the AussieSim.
