American Airlines OTT training module Prize Draw
Official Rules
In April, American Airlines will be launching our new online training modules with OTT. By
completing all the training modules, you could win from a variety of prizes including round trip
Business Class tickets to New York! The competition will run from April 20th to 31st July 2015.
How to Enter:
Register/Login with OTT, successfully complete all 4 American Airlines training modules, providing
your email address, and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and
Northern Ireland) and Ireland, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate
families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of the Promoter, American Airlines, their parent
and/or affiliate companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this
promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants’ eligibility.
2.
Contest Period: The “Contest Period” runs from 20th April to 31st July 2015, UK time. The
Promoter’s computer clock in the United Kingdom is the official time clock for the entries and
will be time stamped accordingly. All entries submitted after this date will not be eligible for the
prize draw.
3.
Entries are limited to travel agents.

How to Enter: Having registered with OTT, successful completion of all available American
Airlines training modules will result in automatic entry to prize draw.
5.
Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries and will be notified by
American Airlines by 31st August 2015. The selection will be final and binding on all matters and
no correspondence will be entered into.

1st Prize - 2 Business Class Round Trip Tickets to New York JFK
2nd Prize - Theatre tickets for two in London's West End
3rd Prize - Spa or Golf Day at Stoke Park, Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire (24th Sept 2015)
4th Prize – American Airlines First Class Pyjamas and Amenity Kit
5th Prize – American Airlines Goody bag

Flight Terms and Conditions: Prize is (2) Business Class return flights from London Heathrow
(LHR) to New York (JFK). Transfers, accommodation, meals and drinks, insurance, as required,
spending money and all other costs and expenses in taking up the prize are the winners’ and
guests’ own. Both passengers must travel together on the same flight. Please note travel is
subject to limited availability on restricted inventory at the time of booking. Availability cannot
always be guaranteed on dates requested. Requests for travel must be submitted no later than
30 days prior to departure. Please therefore allow sufficient time prior to booking to avoid
disappointment. Travel must be completed by 31st August 2016. Tickets are non-refundable,
non-transferable, non-upgradeable and have no cash value. Once the tickets are issued no
changes or amendments to passenger names are permitted. Flight date/time and routing
changes are restricted and will be subject to a fee. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with
any other American Airlines promotion offer. It is the responsibility of the travellers to ensure
they have adequate travel insurance, valid machine-readable passports, the necessary visas and
required travel and health documentation to comply with travel regulations when travelling to
the United States of America.
8.
Theatre Terms and Conditions: Theatre tickets for two are limited to Nimax shows only. Show
dates are subject to availability and tickets are to be used by December 31st 2015.
9.
There are no cash or other prize alternatives available, in whole or in part, except in the event
of circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute
another prize of similar or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter, the prize
will only be awarded directly to the winner.The above terms and conditions are governed by
the laws of England & Wales and by entering this promotion the entrant agrees to submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. By participating in the promotion, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these
Terms and Conditions and all instructions regarding this promotion, which form part of these
Terms & Conditions, and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all
matters related to the promotion.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion if circumstances arise
which are beyond its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable
but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect to the participant to avoid
disappointment.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the
operation of the promotion or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an
unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person deliberately to undermine
the legitimate operation of the promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law and,
should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any
such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any of
these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove and disqualify any entry that
does not adhere to these Official Rules.
14. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury or damage to persons
or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from any entrant’s participation in the
promotion or from any prize.
