VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL begins Monday –Friday, June 15-19,
6:00-8:00 p.m. with the Graduation on Sabbath the 20th, 10:45 a.m.
Invite your friends’ and neighbors’ children to come and
learn about their BEST FRIEND JESUS!
SOFTBALL: DUE TO VBS, we are rescheduling the June 15 softball game
to Thursday June 25 at Sequoia Middle School at 6:30.
CHILDREN’S CHURCH HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED from the 3rd Sabbath to the
4th Sabbath this month due to VBS.
NEXT SABBATH’S FELLOWSHIP LUNCHEON celebrates VBS Graduation!

A CALL FOR ACTION ON AB 357: The Church State Council (a
religious liberty ministry of the Pacific Union) has provided us with
information regarding Bill AB 357. The Church State Council is calling
for immediate action. AB 357 will provide retail and food workers
schedule predictability. The bill has implications for Seventhday Adventist workers and Sabbath-related work hours. AB 357 has been
placed in a "suspended file”. See the today’s bulletin insert.

FAMILY NIGHT CHANGE: The Children’s Program for Wednesday
evenings is suspended until further notice. There will be NO Prayer
Meeting this week due to VBS. Prayer Meeting will resume June 17.
WE NEED NAMES AND ADDRESSES of anyone that you may think
would like to attend the Celebration of our Church 100th. We
are sending out the first letter the first of July, basically one
month from now. You can give these names and address to
Shirley Tiffin, Doug Motsenbocker, Donna or Stan Wolfe or
the church office. The second request is for help with funding
this event. If you would like to contribute, place your check or
cash in a tithe envelope and mark it 100th Celebration. Please
respond to these requests ASAP. We want this church event
to be a big success and need your help. Thanks.
ATTENTION PARENTS: If you plan to send your child to Sierra View Jr.
Academy in the fall and feel that you may need financial help, see Gail at
the church office or call Clyde Brenner at 592-3092. Applications for
tuition assistance are due July 1st.
SVJA IS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS for the 2015-16 school year. Call the
school office at 592-3689 to request an application packet.
PACIFIC PRESS AND THE ADVENTIST BOOK CENTER’S featured books are
on display at the media desk. Jesus Unlimited is about Jesus, His life, His
ministry, and His gift to you and I. In Survivors the storyteller brings the
Bible to life! A sign-up sheet is there for you.
FULL-TIME DIRECTOR OF FOOD SERVICES POSITION: Camp Wawona is
seeking a full-time Director of Food Services. Responsibilities include
managing the kitchen, supervising part-time staff, ordering supplies,
keeping inventory and performing other camp duties as needed. Should
have prior experience in food services, be friendly and professional. Must
be a Seventh-day Adventist member with regular church attendance. To
