Enclosed you’ll find a lot of helpful tools and information. Please don’t

ABOUT YOUR PARTY
Planning Your Posh Party
On the day of your Posh Party, I’ll arrive approximately _________ minutes before your scheduled start time. I’ll set up a
simple display, show you the product I have with me, and ask you a little bit about who you expect will attend.
You can help by selecting the location for set up:
• an area of your home that is open
• has a counter or table for a display that can be walked around
• has plenty of comfy seating near the display
• offers a small area where we can take orders
We’ll also talk about any demos that we would like to try of my various pampering products. We may need access to a
sink and a power outlet. I will need to know if I should bring a table to set up my display. We can play up the pampering
or keep it simple. Let’s discuss how you feel we can have the most success. If you would like to serve light refreshments or
beverages, it can be a nice touch for your guests. Please keep it simple. This should be a fun experience for you.
Once we begin, your help is greatly appreciated in:
• greeting your guests
• answering questions
• talking about the products
• pampering yourself

you’re most interested in.
Your attendees will be excited about Perfectly Posh when
you are. Helping me share with your guests is a great way
to maximize participation and orders.
When the party has ended, I’ll leave you with a few order
forms and catalogs so that you can take any last minute
orders. When your closing date arrives (usually a day or
two after your Party is over), we will sit down and total your
sales, select your FREE and half-priced Posh products, and
enter your party. I will deliver guests’ orders and Hostess
Rewards to you approximately two weeks after your
closing date (fewer orders shipping direct). It’s that easy!
Maximize Attendance
Here are some ideas that will help maximize your Party attendance:
•Make your guest list carefully. Sit down at least two
different times to work on it so that you’re sure to
remember as many guests as possible.
•Invitations are best delivered about a week before your
party. Too early and people forget, too late and their
schedules get full.
•Hand-deliver invitations if possible. A personal invitation
with the written one can make a big difference on who attends.
•Collecting phone numbers or email addresses for your
invitees will help you to follow up with a quick and friendly
reminder 24 to 48 hours before your party.
•Encourage your guests to share their invitation. Be sure
everyone knows that guests, friends, and tag-alongs are
most welcome—in fact, they’re rewarded!
•Have catalogs with you when you deliver your invitations.
Showing off Posh is a great way to motivate invitees.
•I’ll leave you with a few extra invitations. Fill them out
and keep them with you from now until your Party. Don’t
be afraid to whip them out and give them to people you
meet or those you might have forgotten.
•Here’s my card... I’ve given you a few of my business
cards. Don’t hesitate to contact me if I can be of help, or
to share them with a potential Hostess or customer.
TAKING PERFECTLY POSH ORDERS
Before Your Party is Easy
1. Share Perfectly Posh
Show everyone the Posh catalog and include
samples of any products you already have and love.
Everyone deserves to be pampered. You can also
remind them Perfectly Posh makes the perfect gift!
2. Collect Orders
Have them fill out all of the information about the
items they would like to purchase on a provided
order form. Then tally shipping and add local
sales tax to their order. See the following page for
shipping costs.
3. Customer Order Forms
Please instruct each customer to complete the
ENTIRE order form. This is so I can contact her in
case any issue or questions should arise.
4. Taking Payment
There are several payment options. I accept all major
credit cards, personal checks, or cash.
5. Track the Orders You Receive
As you collect orders, simply record the information
requested for each one on its own line on the
Hostess Order Sheet (included in this kit), and place
the payment and top two copies of the order form
inside the provided envelope. Your customers will
receive the second copy of the order form when
their order is delivered.
6. Party Perks
At the conclusion of your Posh Party, we will
subtotal all of the orders you collected (subtotal is
total minus all shipping and tax charges). You will
receive Party Perks based on that total amount, and
then we’ll select the pampering products you would
like to receive for FREE and at half-price.
7. Delivery
Your Posh Party should not remain open more than
two weeks. Once you are finished collecting orders
and your Party is over, I will enter all of your orders
into my system. You can expect delivery within
2 weeks of that date.
