SPRING 2015 2nd – 5th Grade
The Howell Wrestling Club will sponsor a Spring wrestling program to provide our
athletes with a variety of wrestling moves and styles. Wrestlers will be exposed to
various coaches, who will provide both group and individualized instruction, regardless
of experience level. Sessions will consist of instruction, repetitive drilling, live wrestling,
with an emphasis on proper technique and conditioning. The wrestlers will be provided
information on strength training, nutrition, tournaments and clinics.
Eligibility: The club is open to 2nd - 5th grade wrestlers (2014-2015 school year).
!!MUST BE REGISTERED AND PAID BEFORE STARTING PRACTICE!!
Practices: Practice sessions, approximately 10, include instruction, repetitive drilling,
live wrestling, & conditioning with the intent to prepare for the upcoming season and will
be held starting with Signups and Registration Fee Collection at the first practice
beginning on April 15th and continue on Wednesday evenings throughout the Spring
from 6:30-8:00 PM. at Howell High School, in the wrestling room.
Costs: $50. All club members must possess a current USA WRESTLING CARD
( $80 if do not have USA WRESTLING CARD)
Note: All 2014-2015 Predator wrestlers have a USA card already issued from the club
