camp. We will be reviewing some of our
lesson plans throughout the week. We
will instruct, drill, and wrestle live.

Schedule Each Day:
8:15-8:45: Arrival
8:45-9:00: Warm-Up
9:00-11:00: Morning Session
11:00-11:45: Lunch
11:45-12:00: Warm-Up
12:00-2:00: Afternoon Session
2:00-2:30: Break
2:30-4:00: Last Session
*wrestlers are expected to pack a bagged
lunch all days, except Friday. Friday, RHWC
will host a pizza party at lunch time.
The morning and afternoon sessions of
the first three days will feature guest
clinicians. Tentative clinicians include:
Red Hawk Technique
The third session of the first three days will
feature some of our most popular series,
defense, scrambling, and funk. This will
teach you how to defend in all three major
defensive positions and will give you a
glimpse of what college scrambling entails.
The final day will center around what we
are most known for: leg riding. This
includes the crab ride, cross body ride (one
leg in), and parallel leg riding (two legs in).
