C - is sending the following information and documents
1. Short presentation of the project/installation or product/solution
(description of max 1500 letters)
2. Technical sheets / documents
The following documents are accepted: pdf of the project on horizontally read DIN A3 sheet, that includes the
datasheet (Maximum 5 documents explaining the concept and the technical aspects).
The Committee will take into consideration if contestants accompany the sheet submittal with videos, 3D rendering
or other multimedia support. We suggest to use we transfer service to send the selected material.

D - Consenso
- Each participant allows the Secretary to reproduce the work/project rights in all the promotional tools linked to
the event
- Each participant allows the Secretary to use his/her personal data, which will be handed out according to
675/96 L. (Privacy law) and its modifications. D.lgs. 196/2003 (Privacy Code).
- Material, documents and works linked to the Codega candidacy will remain property of Assodel and/or of the
Codega Secretary
- Entrants giving false or misleading information will be excluded from the competition.
- Entrants agree to attend at their own expenses the prizes ceremony in Venice on 9th October 2015. If none is
available for whatever reason, the organizers reserve the right to nominate a collector on his/her behalf.
- The participation to the Codega Prize implies the acceptance of all the rules of this document
