Introducing the “605/806” Scholarship Fund
A new scholarship funded and directed by the Donors Unlimited Team - and YOU in memory of three great South Dakota cattlemen.
BRENT BEITLESPACHER – LOGAN RAU – NICK REIMANN
One year ago we said good bye to these three great young men who were lost, along with their pilot, in a tragic airplane crash while
returning home from our sale. Each of these young men played significant roles in the Donors Unlimited program and, in fact, all three
bought and/or sold cattle in our 2014 event. They were friends to all of us, in more ways than one and in more ways than we even
know now. They are surely missed by so many here and across the country.
With the establishment of this special program, it is not our desire to open healing wounds but rather to honor their memories by making
success possible for others with an interest in the cattle industry. And so each year, with the assistance of their families and your support,
Donors Unlimited will award scholarship funds raised at our auction to young people with an interest in furthering their education.
This year, we will sell the cow shown here – the last one purchased by Logan Rau – with 100% of the proceeds going to
the scholarship fund. Thank you for your understanding and support.

PE 11/01-12/26 to Quagmire – Safe-in-calf
This very young cow is the product of a Donors Unlimited embryo
purchase by Hale Cattle from the super-stout H-624 donor that is
featured again in our embryo sale. She raised twins this past year in
South Dakota and bred right back for another Hereford calf. She
looks great with a long necked, flat hipped, thicker form and she
showcases two shots of Made Right for greater consistency. The
late Logan Rau purchased her in our 2014 sale for $4,800 and she
was re-purchased by the Donors Unlimited Team to sell here.

Donor 5G1-1
A great past makes for a great future at Donors Unlimited and this great cow has helped write
plenty of success stories for us and our customers over the years. Miss Outlaw M-51 is another of our
most popular donors and the dam of a strong string of successes like the AI sire, Stud Monkey, and
all of his high-selling and productive siblings. Daughters include the $30,000 Boysel Donor 551 and
the $46,000 Donor 911 plus a $11,000 daughter by Freeze Frame and a long list of premium club
calves. Sisters to this cow have been top-performing favorites as well with numerous progeny sales
in excess of $10,000. All told, the G-1 line ranks at the very top of the game for consistent rewards
and this cow has been the most rewarding of them all. She’s not as young as she once was but she
still looks great and will freshen again shortly after the auction with what is likely an excellent calf
by GFK, a perfect complement for her. Who knows what she will cost but we know what she will return…large.

these first-ever offerings are some of the best you will ever get Bradly
Hale to turn loose!
- Donor 756 is the dam of the Bezner family’s 2014 Ft. Worth Stock
Show Champion Polled Hereford Steer that was one of the best in
quite some time. He was a massive, super-sound beast and he is not
the only great calf that has been produced from this combination.
In fact, a maternal sister to Donor 756 also produced the Champion
Horned Hereford Steer at Ft. Worth in 2014.
Kaw-Liga x Hale Donor 756 – 2014 Ft. Worth Champion Polled Hereford Steer
- The power here is in the consistency of this 0002 family that also
produced the $16,500 and $11,000 top Hereford bred heifers of our
10th sale as well as our top-selling Hereford embryos. This is the
good stuff!

the Grand Champion Steer of the 2014 Arizona National, and another
by Walks Alone that was Division 1 Champion of the 2014 American

performance that never goes out of style!
Mimms Donor 268M
- Donor 268 is the dam of a $30,000 daughter by Wooly Bully and her career earnings are
moving up the all-time list thanks to her consistency and customer appeal.
- A son by Solid Gold was second in class at San Antonio in 2015, his brother was third at Ft.
Worth in 2013, their youngest brother was the top Shorthorn steer in the 2014 Mimms crop,
and Woelfel Cattle, TX, selected a $5,800 daughter by Hollywood in our 2014 sale.
- This purebred powerhouse produced 6 head in her first crop by Heat Wave and Solid
Gold. Her 4 steers generated an average of $6,088 with a top of $11,750 on a Solid
Gold steer. Her two daughters were outstanding and averaged $5,000; both were by
Solid Gold.

young as she once was but her style and power are even more in demand than before and she keeps cranking out the hits like a $53,000

Mimms Donor FF602
- She is loaded genetically and her next crop seems to always be better
than her last! She is a full sister to greats like Miss Perfection, the dam
of Smooth Sailing and favorites like our Mimms Donor 701. Her dam is the amazing and now-deceased Ms Chill 602G formerly the leader at Sullivan Ranch, TX.
- The 2013 Mimms Club Calf Auction featured 7 head from Donor FF602 that sold for an amazing average of $12,245 with the top 5 head at $15,700 and the top steer being
a $53,000 son of Solid Gold. Included in the group were four sons that brought $7,500 each – amazing consistency.
- Her previous crop was nearly as good posting an average of $5,200 from 4 sons with each one born selling between $3,100 and $6,500. Previous crops included a pair of
sons by Solid Gold that sold for $8,500 each in the 2011 Mimms Auction plus more sons by Heat Wave sold for $7,000 and $4,600.
- She has been raising them right since she started — like the $7,750 daughter by Chunky Monkey and another son by Heat Wave that sold to Jess Shirley, TX, and was the
first place Heavy Chi Steer at the 2011 San Antonio Stock Show.

Donor 6085
- Donor 6085 is a daughter of the proven Kroupa Donor L70 that sold as a feature of
the 2008 Sweetheart Sale. She offers two shots of the great 602 family plus the
powerful presence of Meyer 734, Strictly Business, and old-line Emulous Angus
genetics. This one is special property, indeed. She has the powerful cow shape,
great hair, extra bone, and unreal look that sets her apart.
